LEGIT™ CERTIFICATION – FOUNDING COHORT (EARLY‑BIRD) TERMS & CONDITIONS

By submitting your enrollment and payment you accept these Terms & Conditions.

1. Program Start Date  

- The LEGIT™ Founding Cohort officially begins September 2026.  

2. Cohort Transfer (One‑time Move)  

- If you are unable to attend the cohort you originally enrolled in, you may transfer to a later cohort once only.  

- To qualify for a transfer, you must provide at least 48 hours’ written notice before the start date of the cohort you are missing.  

3. Certification Process  

- No failing grade. If your final assignment does not meet LEGIT™ standards, you may resubmit it until it receives approval.  

4. Intellectual Property  

- All program content, worksheets, videos, and any other materials provided are copyrighted and owned exclusively by LEGIT™ / The Flavor Room.  

- You may not reproduce, copy, teach, or share any material without our express written permission.  

5. Advisory Board Opportunity  

- Should you accept the Advisory Board invitation, you will receive a set of additional materials that you may use with our permission.  

- Use of these materials must follow the guidelines supplied at the time of receipt.  

6. Payment & Fees  

- Enrollment fee: $3,500 USD (one‑time).  

- Fees are non‑refundable unless LEGIT™ cancels the cohort.  

7. Program Changes  

- LEGIT™ reserves the right to adjust program delivery (e.g., online vs. live, schedule tweaks) as needed, provided the core standards, certification criteria, and overall experience remain intact.  

8. Governing Law  

- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA.  

9. Entire Agreement  

- This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and LEGIT™ regarding this enrollment.
