Registration

Your ticket secures one place at the event and may not be shared or transferred without prior written permission from the organisers.

Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for cancellations, non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, illness, travel disruption, or change of mind. Please ensure you are able to attend before purchasing your ticket. Clear refund policies are standard practice for events, provided they comply with applicable consumer laws.

Event Changes

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, speakers, format, or content where necessary. Such changes do not entitle attendees to a refund.

If the event must be cancelled by the organisers, we will notify attendees as soon as possible and provide information about any replacement event or other appropriate remedy where required by applicable law.

No Guarantees

Leading in Color is designed to provide education, conversation, networking and professional development.

We make no guarantees regarding business, career, financial, leadership, or personal outcomes resulting from participation. Individual results will vary.

Respectful Participation

We are committed to creating a welcoming environment for everyone. Harassment, discrimination, abusive behaviour, or disruption towards speakers, organisers or attendees may result in removal from the event without refund.

Recording & Photography

Portions of the event may be photographed or recorded for promotional or educational purposes. By attending, you consent to your image or voice being captured unless you notify the organisers before the event begins.

Intellectual Property

All event materials, presentations, recordings and resources remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. They may not be reproduced, distributed or sold without written permission.

Liability

Attendance is at your own discretion. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organisers are not responsible for any indirect loss, personal injury, or damage arising from attendance at the event, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
