The old DEI playbook failed because standards weren’t enforced. Inclusion became a checkbox, a branding exercise, a promise disconnected from action.
LEGIT™ fills that gap. It certifies businesses that actually live their values—leadership, equity, ethical marketing, and accountability.
Not a workshop or badge you buy – a standards-based certification you earn.
Live review of how you lead, hire, market, and operate.
Five core standards: Leadership Integrity, Equity in Practice, Ethical Marketing & Sales, Systems for Inclusion & Sustainability, Culture & Accountability.

A: No. LEGIT™ is not a traditional DEI training, workshop, or compliance program. While DEI initiatives often focus on awareness or policy statements, LEGIT™ focuses on standards, leadership judgment, and business systems.
A: LEGIT™ is a standards-based certification. The learning components exist to support you in meeting the standards — but certification is awarded based on demonstrated alignment, not course completion.
A: This is not a failure. If standards are not yet met, you will receive clear feedback, specific areas for adjustment, and a defined window to resubmit (if applicable).
A: Certification is reviewed by a LEGIT™ Advisory Board composed of the program founders, qualified partners aligned with LEGIT™ standards, and decisions are made using a structured rubric — not personal opinion or popularity.
A: No. LEGIT™ is designed for founders, solopreneurs, small-to-mid-size businesses, and growing organizations. Standards remain the same, but scope of implementation is considered based on business size and structure.
A: Not overnight. LEGIT™ is about alignment and trajectory, not disruption for disruption’s sake. You will assess your systems honestly and build a 12-month action map for implementation. Some changes will be immediate; others will be phased.
A: Yes — with guidelines. Certified businesses may display the LEGIT™ seal on websites, proposals, LinkedIn, and professional profiles. Use of the seal must follow LEGIT™ usage standards to prevent misrepresentation.
A: LEGIT™ is right for you if you want your business practices to match your stated values, you care about credibility, not optics, and you are willing to examine and improve your systems.
