Sutton is a U.S. Air Force veteran, researcher, and strategist whose work examines leadership, equity,
influence, and the systems that determine whether values survive real-world pressure. She brings nearly a decade of military leadership and multimillion-dollar project experience to helping founders and organizations strengthen authority, accountability, and cultural trust.
