H2TW: Hip-hop Therapeutic Writing is a group where expressive writing is used to address issues connected to Adverse Childhood Experiences. Inspired by the James Pennebaker’s expressive writing, H2TW incorporates, African American griot traditions, literature, and hip-hop culture to write therapeutically.
